Deaths & injuries reported in an explosion in Bardale, Bay region

A landmine explosion had occurred at a market in Bardale district in Bay region, killing and injuring several people.
The blast killed seven people and wounded 10 others, including soldiers and civilians.
An eyewitness in Bardale district said the scene of the blast was a busy one, and the injured were taken to Bardale district hospital in Bay region.
The forces of the South West Administration went to the Market in Bardale district where the explosion took place, and carried out an operation where many people were arrested.
Bardae district administration and the security officials in the district have not yet commented on the blast, but are expected to do so in the coming hours.
