Garowe Police Arrest Singer Sharma Boy after Car Crash

Police in Garowe have arrested young Somali rapper Sharmarke Abdinasir Mohamed aka Sharma Boy, who is believed to be responsible for a deadly car accident.
Earlier in the day, a luxury car driven by Sharma Boy overturned in Buurawadal, north of Garowe, killing a woman named Saida Jama Mire and injuring another passenger, Abdi Nasir Shale.
Nugal Regional Police Commander Colonel Mohamed Jama Aden told the media that the case would be investigated and an immediate response would be issued soon.
Singer/Rapper Sharma Boy arrived in Garowe for a few days, where he was set to perform shows.
