Members of the Federal Electoral Commission arrive in Galkayo

The Galmudug State Electoral Commission led by its chairman Mohamed Dahir Guled, and members of the commission have reached Galkayo.
The delegation includes members of the Federal Electoral Implementation Committee including Federal Electoral Commission spokesman Ahmed Aden Dagaal (Safina), Liban Ahmed Hassan, and Abdijibar Abdullahi Farah.
Galkayo, is the second city in Galmudug, where elections are scheduled to take place, as the September 17 Agreement stipulates that each state will hold elections in two cities.
The Electoral Commission of the two levels will oversee the appropriate venues for the election and the overall security of the city, in which the commission will then meet with the residing community in Galkayo.
