Mogadishu: Government forces kill another civilian

A security vehicle carrying Somali government forces has opened fire on civilians near the Soobe Intersection in Mogadishu, reports say.

A young man was shot in the head by government forces and was taken to Digfer Hospital in Mogadishu.

Mahad Abdirahman, a Somali Correctional Force officer, was also  shot dead by government  forces

Mahad Abdirahman Mohamud, has been identified as the person who was shot dead by government forces, with local reports adding that he has now died at Digfeed Hospital in Mogadishu after doctors were unable to save him.

It was last night when government forces killed two young siblings in Mogadishu after opening fire on the wheeler motorbike they were in.

The incident has been widely reported on social media tonight as many people are still raising their anger about the incident in which government forces killed Zakariya and Sowdo Mohamud Hussein.

Government forces often fired indiscriminately at civilians during road traffic, and with both incidents sparking outrage.
