Prime Minister Roble discusses with the Electoral Commission to expedite the parliamentary elections

The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia Mohamed Hussein Roble on Saturday met with the Federal Electoral Commission (FEIT) and parliamentarian representatives from the Northern Regions of Somaliland.
Prime Minister Roble has already discussed with the Committees preparations for the upcoming Parliamentary elections in Somalia.
Mohamed Hussein Roble also listened to a report from the Electoral Commissions on the progress of preparations for the parliamentary elections in Somaliland.
The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia has instructed the Electoral Commissions to expedite the electoral process,
The meeting was also attended by elected Senator Abdi Hashi Abdullahi.
However, the Jubbaland and Galmudug administrations have not yet completed the election of the Upper House seats, while the administrations of Puntland, Southwest and Hirshabelle and the Northern Regions having completed the Upper House elections.
