Prime Minister Roble meets with Somali civil society1 min read
The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia Mohamed Hussein Roble met with civil society organizations in his office at the Presidential Palace.
The meeting discussed a number of issues related to the situation in the country and the challenges facing all parties.
Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble has urged them to play their part in rescuing drought-affected people in southern and central Somalia.
He noted the important role of civil society organizations in responding to emergencies in the country and supporting the most vulnerable, and emphasized the need for greater coordination in Somalia.
The meeting between Prime Minister Roble and civil society organizations was also attended by the newly appointed Drought Relief Committee of Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble.
