Prime Minister Roble meets with Somali community in Mombasa

Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble met with members of the Somali community in Mombasa, Kenya and briefed them on the situation in the country and the upcoming elections.

Community leaders also briefed the Prime Minister on their living conditions, trade and co-operation with the Kenyan county.

Some members of the community who spoke at the meeting noted that many Somalis have a strong business presence in Kenya and therefore consider it important to welcome the visit of the Prime Minister and his delegation and underlined that Diplomatic relations between the two countries are in the common interest of the peoples of the two neighboring countries.

Prime Minister Roble visits to Kenya’s comes after a invite by President Uhuru Kenyatta with their meeting discussing many issues, including trade.
