PM Roble discusses election security with UK Ambassador

The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia Mohamed Hussein Roble received in his office the UK Ambassador to Somalia Kate Foster.

Sources within the prime Minister’s office said that the meeting between the two had discussed ways in strengthening bilateral relations and an update on the progress and security of the country’s elections, which is led by the Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister was accompanied by the new Minister of Security Abdullahi Mohamed Nur and Abdi Dirshe, the Security Adviser to RW Roble.

This is the first joint meeting together between the Prime Minister and his newly appointed Minister of Security.
