Registration of Somaliland Upper House Candidates concludes today

The registration of candidates for the Upper House in the northern regions of the country is set to be completed today and the training of the delegates who will elect the members of the Upper House to proceed tomorrow.
Registration began on Thursday, and the commission said it would expedite the Upper House election process.
According to the schedule, the election will begin on September 28 and end on September 30, 2021.
The election will be jointly administered by the Speaker of the Upper House and Deputy Prime Minister Mahdi Mohamed Guled, and will be overseen by Somali Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble.
