Somalia wins the CECAFA U17 Cup Final in Thrilling Game over South Sudan

Somalia’s under 17s national team won the East and Central Africa Cup (CECAFA) after a magnificent victory display over South Sudan.

Somalia started the game with a goal scored by Abdikhafid who was the player who scored the winning goal in the previous game.

In the second half of the game, the South Sudan national team scored a goal and made the game 1-1.

Minutes later, the Somali national team was able to score the second goal of the game, Abbdirrahim Muhiyeddin Dahir, the number 9 star of Somalia, scoring the goal to make it 2-1.

Abbdirrahim Muhiyeddin Dahir scored again for the third goal for Somalia minutes later, with a great effort that broke the hearts of the fans and the players of the South Sudan national team as their hopes fell into a hole.

The game ended 3-1 with the Somali national team winning the cup, which will no doubt be a great joy for the nation.

The under 17s Somali national team winners are expected to land tomorrow at the Aden Adde International Airport where they will be given a grand reception.
